Vanilla bean marshmallow, swirled with lemon curd and topped with crushed meringue, freeze-dried blueberries, raspberries and passionfruit.

Ingredients:

Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Beef Gelatine, Lemon Curd (Sugar, Pasteurised Whole Egg (Free Range) (20%), Concentrated Lemon Juice (11%), Butter (Milk) (10%), Thickener (Maize Starch), Salt, Lemon Oil, Citric Acid), Meringue (Icing sugar mixture (sugar, tapioca starch), Water, Egg white powder, cream of tartar), Vanilla bean paste, Freeze Dried Raspberries, Freeze Dried Blueberries, Cornflour, Icing Sugar, Freeze Dried Passionfruit, Salt.

Contains Dairy and Egg. May contain traces of gluten, soy and nuts.

All marshmallows are sealed and have a best before of 16 weeks (4 months).

Once opened, marshmallows need to be stored in an air tight container, and can be kept for

around a month or even longer depending on how air tight the container is.

Our marshmallows are 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm x 3 cm in size .
